I was absolutely astounded that Brian Marchant-Calsyn would have the audacity to repackage a highly flawed business "opportunity" that cost hundreds of people their savings and try to sell it again. After selling nearly a thousand people on the concept of Health Career Agents, Brian Marchant-Calsyn has retooled his other entity Zeal Sales to market and sell $29,500 memberships in his "Heavy Hitter" recruiter program. Taking in Millions of Dollars was apparently only the start for Brian Marchant-Calsyn. He needs to take more people for the "Recruiter Ride".
It was bad enough that he was collecting $2500 from unsuspecting people that were hopeful of selling their defunct Health Career Agents memberships. They had already paid upwards of $50,000 to join, gone through training, put forward hard, honest work, and failed. He knew he'd never be selling these "shell" companies. Collecting that large amount of money for placement on a website that doesn't even rank in the Top 100 of Google, Yahoo, or Bing for the keywords "recruiter" and "healthcare" is just wrong and unethical. He told many of these people that he would refund their money if he hadn't sold them in a year. Understand something; he's never going to refund that money. And when he doesn't refund the money, you have signed an agreement that you'll need to sue him in Missouri Courts, a place he's intimately familiar with. In fact, perhaps part of his recent motivation to return to school and study to become a lawyer was to cut down on his legal fees.
So, Zeal Sales is selling new memberships in a work at home, recruiting business membership. In Health Career Agents, Brian Marchant-Calsyn used an admittedly flawed article from a trade publication to show the average healthcare recruiter made $217,000 per year. That magazine later admitted that it failed to factor in the unusually high amount of failures and drop-outs in the business and ceased publishing the report. Now, Brian Marchant-Calsyn is saying that you can make $500,000 per year as a healthcare recruiter. He's touting that you'll make $20-30,000 per month! If it didn't make me so nauseous I'd laugh.
